Post Office Video Help Channel


Based on the successful roll-outs of videos support channels for Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone, the Post Office approached us to develop an internal video help channel for their 11,000 UK branches.

The video help channel uses our latest version of klickflicks which built on the Umbraco platform. 

The new video help channel enables Post Offices across the UK to quickly understand new products and services and easily access information rather than having only one source of support which was a call-centre. Video support improves ease of understanding of new and existing products and services for the branches whilst reducing the number of in-bound calls to thei Post office call-centres which saves time and money.
